This DVD is for high beginners- Ana Caban keeps up the pace for a good workout, so you may need to pause sections in order to keep up. The other actor shows modified moves if you need a lighter exercise.
Gaiam Pilates Intermediate Mat Workout
Here’s a great intermediate mat workout with Ana Caban. Unfortunately, the production value and sound quality on this DVD is not very good, but you still get a great workout at a good price.
